SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT

We manage our business in a socially responsible manner, with the objective of being partners in the construction of a sustainable and just society. For this reason, we privilege supports exclusively directed to culture, support and protection of children, to build a better future.

We were one of the founding companies of the Junior Achievement Paraná, which is the biggest and most respected non-profit organizations in the education for entrepreneurship, benefitting 10 million of youth in more than 120 countries.

We support Pequeno Príncipe, a pediatric hospital complex in Curitiba, supported by the Hospital Association of Protection to Childhood Dr. Raul Carneiro, a non-profit association, founded in 1956, which has all the obtained result reinvested in the activities of health, education and research.

Pé no Palco is another pioneer activity that we make a point in supporting. With the creation of the Free Theater Courses in Curitiba, Pé do Palco supports professionals of different areas and children of the Public Education Network, spreading art to the life of the whole community.

For us, building is delivering more quality of life to the next generations. For this reason, we constantly invest in people and technologies to face and win challenges. Today we have more than 3,000 collaborators with recognized capacity and competence to produce works that take power, transportation, sanitation and development to millions of Brazilians, generating income, jobs and the growth of the country.


ENVIRONMENTAL RESPONSIBILITY

For CESBE, environmental responsibility is more than a fad word, much more than an objective. We act in each one of our works with responsibility and respect, to guarantee that the natural resources be preserved and remain available to the future generations.

WE HAVE IN EACH ONE OF OUR WORKS:

  • Collection and disposal of building residues;
  • Protection against accidental spillage (oil and fuel);
  • Sewer effluent treatment in living quarters and cafeterias;
  • Programs for the environmental awareness of our collaborators.

TRAINING

We know that one cannot have too much knowledge, and for this reason we offer our collaborators incentive programs for continuing education. More than 500 people have already been benefitted by this program or are taking graduate, specialization or technical courses.

Besides this, we provide several different training courses and participations in forums and workshops to keep our team updated in the most modern technologies, applications, resources and ways of developing quality works with the shortest deadlines and with competitive cost.

To meet the needs of our clients, some professionals have been taking and English course since 2013 at the Cesbe’s headquarters, in Curitiba. This way, they will be able to work with international clients, from the presentation of the company until the execution of the works.
