In the last week of July, Cesbe participated in audits that are part of the ISO 9001: 2015 recertification. The process followed a one-month protocol, involving the approval of the schedule, scheduling with everyone involved, as well as the definition of the applicable model for the pandemic period.
”This year we had a different experience since the audit was 100% remote due to the pandemic. Thus, we ensure the health of everyone involved in the process. A positive point is that we ended up accelerating our processes for digitizing files and repositories in the cloud. We also acquired hardware that helped to improve the connection and consequently the experience of all participants. In this regard, our IT area played a key role in the smooth running of the work ”, points out Cristine Ferraz, Process Analyst.
According to Cristine, there were no major changes in the certification itself, since Cesbe had already met the requirements of the ISO 9001: 2015 standard for a long time, however, in elation to internal changes, Cesbe took the opportunity to implement a series of ideas and improvements in their processes.
”A recertification is always an opportunity to reassess our processes and implement improvements that can add value to the employees’ routine. In short, we were able to improve relevant aspects within the organization, and this also translates into a better experience for the customer. ”, reinforces Cristine.
